New SP Pilot: Drakuku
The official notes describe Drakuku as an aloof, mysterious vampire prince. He rises from the ashes of Evernight Clockwork Island, vowing to restore the ancient bat dynasty to its former glory. He is an SP-Tier Crusher, and his Special Recruit (using Overdrive Tickets) actually opened on October 2, a few days before the update reached the app stores.

The setup started weeks earlier. A September 22 teaser, “Awakening of the Clockwork Night,” described a Clockwork Island floating west of Cloudia, wrapped in eternal night, with an ancient castle and a coffin belonging to the bat royal family. The young royal inside was about to wake up, and he did not sound thrilled about the smell of mechanical gears on everyone around him.
- Rarity: SP, the top rarity alongside Blazewing Ekko.
- Origin: Evernight Clockwork Island, a new corner of Cloudia.
- Goal: restoring the ancient bat dynasty.
(Pro tip: like every pilot, Drakuku’s Stunt triggers when you absorb pink projectiles, so read his kit in the Pilot screen before you build him. Lift your finger to absorb; hold it down to move and fire.)
Also New: Spina, Honk’s Depot and a Gift Code
Drakuku didn’t arrive alone. Spina, an S-Tier Vanguard, opened her own Skyward Recruit on October 2. She’s a retired hedgehog grandma who turns fierce the moment anyone threatens her little ones. Honk’s Depot launched alongside both banners with their Signature Wingmen: Crimson Scout for Drakuku and Flame Totem for Spina.
Acecraft also posted gift code SPIDRAGO for the double launch: 5 Skyward Recruit Tickets, 5 Overdrive Tickets and 10 Power Cubes. It expired on October 29, 2026, 23:59 (UTC-8). Those Overdrive Tickets go straight into Drakuku’s Special Recruit.
Should You Pull for Drakuku?
Your call, but plan it. Recruits cost 300 Diamonds each or 3,000 for ten, and every 10 draws guarantees an Excellent or higher pilot, not an SP. If you already own Blazewing Ekko, you’ll also want to see how the two SP pilots fit together. Check out our Acecraft tier list once the community has had time with him.

Earlier in 2026
Catching up from further back? Here’s the short version of the first half of the year:
- January: the Emblem feature (unlocks after stage 4-6) let you boost Gear with Emblems from Quick Patrol and Nemeses’ Return, and S pilot Vivienne arrived. Our Emblem system guide covers it.
- February: Pappos joined the Ark of Hope as Main or Assist helpers, and S Crusher Edith arrived.
- March to May: S pilots Leo, Naomi and Wukong joined, and the game returned to US stores after its January suspension.
What to Do After Updating
- Update the app first. Grab the latest version from your store before logging in, so you’re not stuck on the login screen.
- Claim your mail. Updates and events often drop rewards there.
- Check the lobby tags. Limited Time modes like Realm Trial and Rogue Riders run in windows. Our daily challenges guide shows the best routine.
- Look at the Drakuku recruit before spending. Decide your budget up front instead of chasing pulls.
- Redeem codes. New pilots often bring fresh codes; our Acecraft codes page lists working ones.
