Everything below comes from the official version notes and official announcements, newest first. The current build is the October 2026 update that added SP pilot Drakuku. Here’s the full breakdown:

Autumn 2026: SP Pilots Take Over

October 2026 Update: Drakuku

The newest update brings Drakuku, an SP pilot. He is a vampire prince from Evernight Clockwork Island who wants to restore his bat dynasty. The official teaser described a clockwork island floating west of Cloudia, wrapped in eternal night, with a royal coffin waiting to open. He is an SP-Tier Crusher, and his Special Recruit opened on October 2, alongside a Skyward Recruit for Spina, a new S-Tier Vanguard. Honk’s Depot launched with their Signature Wingmen, Crimson Scout and Flame Totem.

Version 1.3.135: Silvanna (September 4, 2026)

Silvanna, Princess of the Frost Kingdom, joined as an SS pilot. She guards the Key of Rimewave and fights with Diamond Stardust. Oh, and the Key angle matters: Vincent guards the Key of Tradewind, so the SS pilots seem to share a storyline.

Summer 2026: Anniversary, Vincent and Golden Apple Rush

First Anniversary and Blazewing Ekko (August 2026)

The anniversary update added Blazewing Ekko, an SP Crusher. He’s a fired-up take on the starting hero: the angrier his enemies get, the faster and harder he hits. The same update opened Adventure Chapter 16, Chordwind Grove, whose final boss is Mr. Frogner.

The first anniversary update in August 2026 brought Blazewing Ekko and Chapter 16.
  • Anniversary Fireworks Party: a community event that ran until August 19, with server-wide gifts and a few S pilot giveaways.
  • Level cap push: anniversary coverage also describes a new Amp system that takes pilots past the old level 60 cap, plus a harder Nightmare Mode. Check your Pilot screen to see what your account can use.

Golden Apple Rush and Nepheria (July 2026)

Golden Apple Rush went live with Season 1. You face 5 other pilots, earn Victory Stars for wins and climb ranks for better rewards. A week later, Nepheria, Empress of the Golden Realm, arrived as an S Sharpshot.

Vincent, the First SS Pilot (June 2026)

Vincent landed on June 12 (UTC-8) as the first SS pilot, a Sharpshot and the legendary captain of the Wright Fleet. SS sits above S, and SP was added on top later with Blazewing Ekko. Curious where he lands now? Check out our SS grade pilots guide.

Spring 2026: New S Pilots and the US Return

Spring was all about the S roster. Edith (S Crusher, an intelligence specialist) arrived February 20, Leo (S Vanguard, a former superstar) in March, Naomi (S Crusher, a little painter) on April 17, and Wukong (S Sharpshot, riding clouds with his Jingu Staff) on May 15.

February’s version 1.3.117 also added Pappos. You assign them as Main or Assist Pappos, save presets, and get more through Pappo Recruit.

The US Suspension

On January 19, 2026, Acecraft became unavailable to mobile players in the United States. The team promised a return and compensation, and the game came back to US stores in spring 2026, with welcome-back rewards for returning players. (Pro tip: bind your account to a social login so your progress survives any reinstall.)

Winter 2025 to 2026: Emblems, Sylas and Vivienne

  • Emblems (January 9, 2026): equip Emblems on Gear for stat boosts. Unlocks after stage 4-6; drops from Quick Patrol and Nemeses’ Return. Our Emblem system guide covers the details.
  • Vivienne (January 26, 2026): an S pilot whose Stunt summons two Crystal Mirrors after she absorbs pink projectiles.
  • Jollyhats Jubilee (December 24, 2025): S pilot Sylas, a winter Co-Pilot event and the first Navigator Pass. Nemeses’ Return also gained boss Thamus, Lord of Repose.

Launch Year 2025: How It All Started

Acecraft launched worldwide on August 28, 2025 after passing 8 million pre-registrations, with the Tom and Jerry crossover right there at launch. Version 1.3.80 added S pilot Elsa in September.

The October 2025 Looney Tunes crossover added Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck as S pilots.

October’s version 1.3.85 was a big one: Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck as S pilots, a six-stage Looney Tunes theme, Chapter 12, the pilot level cap raised to 60 and higher Realm Trial difficulties. November’s 1.3.89 followed with Chapter 13, The Metropolis, S pilot Pris and the Mirror of Nightmares Co-Pilot theme.

How to Stay on Top of Updates

  • Watch the official channels: new pilots get a skills preview video a few days before release, with the go-live time in UTC-8.
  • Read the store notes: the App Store version history lists each update’s headline features.
  • Save Diamonds before big drops: new pilots get their own Skyward Recruit, where every 10 draws guarantees an Excellent or higher pilot.
  • Check codes after patches: our Acecraft codes page lists what currently works.
