I’m not gonna lie: I ignored Teslarites for way too long. They sat in a menu I never opened while I poured everything into pilots and Wingmen, and my damage plateaued for no obvious reason. Then I filled all four slots with a matching set and the difference was impossible to miss.

So here’s the deal: this guide covers what Teslarites are, how qualities and sets work, where to farm them, and how to build a setup that actually pays off. Everything is checked against the October 2026 update that added SP pilot Drakuku.

What Teslarites Are

Teslarites are components you slot into your aircraft. Each pilot’s aircraft has four Teslarite slots arranged around it, and each slot only accepts a Teslarite of a matching shape (square pieces go in square slots, and so on). Every Teslarite gives you a main stat, sub stats, and a place in a set.

  • Main Stat: the headline number, such as ATK, that grows as you level the piece.
  • Sub Stats: extra lines such as Main Cannon damage or Wingman damage. Higher quality pieces carry more of them.
  • Set: every piece belongs to a named set. Equip enough pieces from the same set and you activate its Set Effect.
  • Lock: you can lock a Teslarite so it never gets used as upgrade material by accident. Lock your keepers early.

Teslarite Qualities

Quality decides how far a piece can grow and how many sub stats it brings. Here is how the tiers stack up:

The Payoff: Legendary pieces support Re-tuning, which lets you rework their stats instead of farming a whole new piece. That makes a Legendary Teslarite with the right set a long term keeper.

The Teslarite Sets

Teslarites come in named sets, and the Set Effect is where the real power hides. Each set card lists bonuses that switch on as you equip more pieces of that set, with the strongest bonus waiting at the full four piece set.

Sets you will see on the set screen include:

  • Fortune’s Edge
  • Guardian’s Embrace
  • Loyal Phantom
  • Mentor Uplink

Look, I get it: you want a simple “best set” answer. The honest one is that set bonuses are tied to how your pilot deals damage, so open each set card in game, read what the two, three and four piece bonuses do, and match them to your main. A set that buffs Main Cannon damage is wasted on a pilot who wins through Stunts and summons, and the reverse is just as true.

How to Pick Your Set

  1. Start from your main pilot. Note where their damage comes from: Main Cannon, Stunt, Ultimate or Wingman.
  2. Read every set card. Pick the one whose bonuses boost that damage source.
  3. Commit to four pieces. Two half sets almost always lose to one complete set.
  4. Chase sub stats last. Once the set is locked in, swap individual pieces for ones with better sub stats.

Where to Farm Teslarites

Your Teslarite farm is the Element Trial, which unlocks after you clear Adventure stage 4-9. It hosts elemental boss trials (Solaris, Sandstorm, Cyclone and Nimbus), each opening on set days of the week, and your score in a run decides the reward tier you receive.

  • Push into Difficulty 2. Excellent (purple) Teslarites drop at Difficulty 2, so posting a strong enough score to open it is your first real milestone. Our Element Trial guide covers the bosses.
  • Bring the right element. Pilots that match the trial’s element get bonus stats, and an Epic Wingman of the same element adds +25% Base Attributes. The element matching guide explains it.
  • Save your Ultimate for the boss’s weak moments. Bursting a boss when it is exposed is how you rack up the score that unlocks better rewards.
  • Keep a pilot per element. Each trial only opens on certain days, so roster depth means more farming days.

Teslarites vs Your Other Upgrades

Teslarites compete with everything else for your resources, so plan your spending. Your pilot’s level, Amplification and gear usually come first, because they lift every mode at once. Our Pilot Amplification guide and Gear Fusion guide cover those.

Once your main pilot is solid, Teslarites are the next layer. Don’t pour resources into Good quality pieces you will replace within days; level your Excellent and Legendary pieces instead.

Acecraft Teslarite FAQ

Where do I get Teslarites in Acecraft?

From the Element Trial, which unlocks after Adventure stage 4-9. Higher difficulties drop better pieces, with Excellent Teslarites at Difficulty 2.

How many Teslarites can I equip?

Four per aircraft. Each slot takes a specific Teslarite shape, and a full four piece set activates the strongest Set Effect.

What is the best Teslarite set?

It depends on your pilot. Read each set card in game and pick the one that boosts your main damage source, then complete all four pieces.

Can I change a Teslarite’s stats?

Legendary Teslarites can be re-tuned to rework their stats. Lower quality pieces are best replaced as better drops arrive.

The Setup: anyway, Teslarites reward patience more than luck. Farm the Element Trial until Difficulty 2 opens, read every set card, then commit four slots to the set that fits your main. That is the difference between a good build and one that hits like a freight train.
